Clean Rooms
We allow 3rd Party Resto, Insurance, & Cleaning companies to use our “clean
rooms” when needed to host the cleaning of clients items.
Expedited Claims
We are fully set up and work with all major Carriers to expedite approvals from
Insurance carriers.
Expert Pack-Out
Packers are sent to carefully pack out all items, (i.e. furniture, books, tchotchkes, glassware, cutlery).We Inventory, Picture, and Pack all Large and Small Items.
Move & Store
Store all items in our climate controlled facilities. Or move them on site for clients
that opt for moving items within their home.
Delivery
Return all items promptly when the client calls after work has been completed.
- Unpack all small items and place all small items back where they belong.
- Unwrap all large items and place them where they belong.
- Ensuring all items are re-inventoried back into the home.
- Remove all excess materials off site.
* We handle all billing and back and forth with the Insurance carrier when Insurance is involved.
* We do not rebill or go back on our estimate unless there is a job scope change: Location, or items added.
(Additional Storage always gets supplemented at the end when it exceeds the estimate)
